    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>The next cohort for this program is set to begin in June of 2026.</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>We still encourage you to apply; we will begin reviewing applications in May 2026. </em></span><br><br></p>\n<p><span>​The OTI Energy Conservation and Weatherization Training Program is a 8-12 week program located in multiple locations around the state of Oregon. During the program, participants will be paired with local training providers to learn more about the Energy and Weatherization industry via online trainings and on-site opportunities located in Portland, Salem, Albany, Medford and Bend Oregon. Training location based on participant location. </span>Training slots are limited. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em>Participating in the OTI Energy Conservation and Weatherization Training Program does not guarantee future employment.
