They are the hosts of the café and perform every task with top quality.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Daily Tasks and Projects:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>First point of customer service, greeting and serving customers with a standard of excellence</li>\n<li>Operate all barista station including bar, bar-back and POS</li>\n<li>Maintain bar and café cleanliness</li>\n<li>Exhibit strong knowledge of our beverage and food menu</li>\n<li>Create coffee, tea, and other beverages to order, as well as pastry and Quick Bites items with attention to detail and consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 17 years of age</li>\n<li>Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week</li>\n<li>Ability to attend every monthly staff meeting</li>\n<li>Ability to comply to punctuality and performance standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education, Certification, or Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food handler certification (completed within 30 days of hire)</li>\n<li>Previous barista experience a plus, but not required</li>\n<li>All Baristas are required to complete 100% of our POS and Barista training within 30 days of hire date</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$11.50 - $15.50 per hour including tips, based on experience</li>\n<li>401k and Telehealth (including mental health) after 6-month employment</li>\n<li>Opportunity to participate in additional company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) if 30 hr average over 6-month employment</li>\n<li>Bonuses and raises available, based on meeting performance goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Reports to:</span><span> </span>White Rhino Store Manager</p>\n<p><span>FLSA status</span>: Non-exempt</p>",
