The position will focus on leading the development and oversight of teachers in math content areas, while also supporting the coordination of school-wide testing programs. font-weight: bold\">POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Instructional Coaching</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Curricular Planning and Design:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Support teachers in designing and implementing rigorous unit plans and lessons aligned to standards, with clear objectives and appropriate assessments.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Bi-weekly Observations and Feedback:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Conduct coaching meetings every two weeks to help teachers internalize content, refine instructional techniques, and strengthen classroom management.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
