      "value": "<ul><li>More than 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, including first experience in a senior leadership role</li><li>Qualifications in Engineering, Millwright, Production Technology, Process Engineering, or Operations Management could be an advantage</li><li>Proven experience in production planning, KPI‑based production control, and process optimization</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in HSE (risk assessments, safety culture, incident and CAPA management)</li><li>Experience in logistics management</li><li>Experience with quality management systems and audits (e.g. ISO 9001; GMP / ISO 14001 is an advantage depending on environment)</li><li>Experience in maintenance and asset management (preventive maintenance, TPM, equipment reliability)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis techniques on operational and technical level</li><li>Strong project management and change management skills (process changes, equipment upgrades, CAPEX projects)</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, particularly in operational and shift‑based environments</li><li>High level of hands‑on mentality, structured working style, ability to prioritize, and resilience in an operational setting</li><li>Confident use of ERP systems and production reporting tools; good MS Office skills</li></ul>"
