This role partners closely with Finance and operational departments to deliver scalable reporting solutions, integrated data models, and actionable business insights. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization’s analytics environment, including Power BI semantic models, data integration workflows, reporting infrastructure, KPI development, and connected business applications. The role supports data architecture, automation, and reporting processes across ERP systems, SharePoint, and operational platforms including Safety, Human Resources, Fleet, Labor Forecasting, and Productivity systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Success in this role includes delivering accurate and trusted reporting, improving data accessibility, reducing manual processes through automation, and supporting business decision-making through reliable analytics and scalable reporting solutions. This position reports to the Finance Director.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Job Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to process, validate, and reconcile high volumes of data accurately while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to maintain a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude under pressure.</li>\n<li>Strong technical skills across Microsoft technologies including Power BI, Power Query, PowerApps, Excel, DAX, PowerFX, M Code, and VBA.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL for relational data querying and transformation; Business Automation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain business applications using Microsoft PowerApps and related Microsoft 365 technologies.</li>\n<li>Build automated workflows using Power Automate and related tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance data accessibility.</li>\n<li>Partner with department leaders and end users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and improve operational workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain data standards, documentation, naming conventions, and reporting governance practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies related to data access, security, privacy, and internal controls.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance data accessibility across the organization.</li>\n<li>Support implementation of new data connections, reporting capabilities, and analytics tools to meet evolving business needs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and department leaders to support cross-functional reporting and analytics initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.</li>\n<li>Certification: None required.</li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field required.
