Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p>Responsible for protecting the integrity of games in an assigned area.        </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong>   </p>\n<p>- Safeguard Company assets located in the assigned work area </p>\n<p>- Enforce Casino rules and regulations for table games </p>\n<p>- Enforce rules and regulations pertaining to Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act) </p>\n<p>- Adhere to Michigan gaming regulations </p>\n<p>- Respond to and act on customer disputes arising in assigned area </p>\n<p>- Direct assignments of Table Games personnel within their assigned section</p>\n<p>- Ensure that proper table inventories are maintained in assigned area</p>\n<p>- Issuance of credit to customers </p>\n<p>- Ensure full accountability for playing cards and dice within their assigned area </p>\n<p>- Assess customer play for the extension of complimentaries </p>\n<p>- Accurately track customer play for rating purposes </p>\n<p>- May be responsible for a group of assigned team members (dealers) and the development of team members in dealing proficiency and guest service </p>\n<p>- Other job-related duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>- Excellent communication skills </p>\n<p>- Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, Policies, and procedures </p>\n<p>- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English </p>\n<p>- Working knowledge of all Casino games </p>\n<p>- Ability to perform intermediate math </p>\n<p>- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members </p>\n<p>- Knowledge of Casino computer system</p>\n<p>- Knowledge of 3 out of the 4 core games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Craps</p>\n<p>- Must have at least one (1) year experience</p>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
