Service Glazing Superintendent

$80,000 – $90,000 a year | Full-time | On-site Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Service Glazing Superintendent to join our Halifax branch. This role plays a critical leadership function within our Service division, overseeing glazing crews, coordinating daily service operations, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient delivery of work. This position is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with flexibility required. Requirements 5+ years of glazing experience Previous leadership experience Ability to read and interpretblueprints, drawings, and specifications Comfortable working at heights Valid driver’s license Strong English communication skills Solid organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities Located in or near Halifax Ability to effectively use mobile apps and internal service software (training provided) Red Seal Glazier certification (preferred) Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
