    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The I&amp;E Technician performs a variety of plant and equipment maintenance to ensure effective and efficient operation of the plant. This person will need to have the ability to work in a team setting or independently on projects that will ensure the division reaches their goals. The electricians’ task and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Know, understand, and follow all Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements</span><span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Inspect, maintain, repair and overhaul electromechanical and solid-state electrical equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Advise management on ways to improve equipment repairs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Install new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring according to the National and/or Local Electrical Code and company electrical standards.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform high voltage switching and operate generators in support of operations.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Operate mobile equipment and certify as mobile equipment operator for specific equipment (ie, forklift, carry deck, crane)</span></li>\n <li><span>Comply with and practice proper equipment clearance procedures.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety and environment regulations.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledgeable in Lockout/tag out procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Input of information in maintenance tracking system (SAP PM) and complete paperwork including, but not limited to, work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance forms.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assists Safety Manager and safety team regarding safety and emergency measures by reporting all hazardous conditions and incidents and acknowledgement of safety and emergency plans.</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Performs other duties assigned as needed.</span></p>\n  <p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p></li>\n <li><span>High school diploma or GED equivalent&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance</span></li>\n <li><span>Electrical safety/NFPA 70E Knowledge</span></li>\n <li><span>Motors, PLC, Drives Experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with MP2, Ross, AS400 and IFS or similar CMMS&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience performing basic maintenance repairs on electrical, PLC, and HVAC&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with the maintenance and repair of conduit, fixtures, and production equipment&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledgeable with 480, 277, 220, and 110 volt circuits and VFD&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and process flow diagrams&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, &amp; PowerPoint)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing. Skills will be used to produce quality reports and thorough instructions and directions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to walk long distances and stand and work for more than 2 hours in tough environmental conditions (high temperature, high humidity, noise, &amp; dust), lift 50 Lbs. and withstand heights of up to 500 feet. Pre-employment physical is required.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to work shift schedule.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have reliable transportation to and from work.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC-card</span></li>\n</ul>",
