Our commitment to continuous improvement, investment in state-of-the-art equipment, and long-term growth has fueled the recent expansion of our 109,000 sq. ft. facility with a new 27,000 sq. ft. addition.</p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have an interest in or past experience working in a manufacturing environment and enjoys working as part of team to get things done.</p><p><strong>Machine Operation:</strong></p><ul><li>Set-up and production of various punching, rolling and welding machines to meet productivity and quality standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Paint Line Operation:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify the proper hanging and stacking pattern for each order</li><li>Work with up to four (4) cell operators and a Team Leader to set-up the line and to hang, take off, and stack finished parts.</li></ul><p><strong>General:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow prescribed operation sequence and assist the team in completion of all daily activities.</li><li>Follow standard work instructions, including performing quality checks.</li><li>Perform visual inspections to maintain quality standards</li><li>Perform all operations within the cell and be interchangeable with other cell operators.</li><li>Perform routine cleaning (i.e. dispose of scrap, wipe-down press and sweep area, etc.).</li><li>Meet the attendance standards as state in the company attendance policy.</li></ul>",
