    "description_html": "<p>The Comin’ Up Engagement Manager is responsible for recruitment, participation, programming, administrative duties, facility and child safety, administrative compliance and transportation of members. &nbsp;Comin’ Up Gang Intervention Program serves gang-involved youth between the ages of 12-18 years in Fort Worth communities. The goal of the Comin’ Up Gang Intervention Program is to positively impact the lives of youth involved in gangs by providing needs-based services and activities to reduce the level of gang violence in the City of Fort Worth.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Recruitment</strong>    <ul>      <li>Accountable for recruitment and outreach services to existing and potential participants</li>    </ul></li><li><strong>Program Delivery and Support</strong>    <ul>      <li>Accountable for program delivery and services</li>      <li>Mentor and engage participants in programming and services</li>      <li>Accountable for collaborating, scheduling, and coordinating activities with schools, community partners, and other internal/external programs</li>    </ul></li><li><strong>Administrative Duties and Compliance</strong>    <ul>      <li>Document all services and contacts&nbsp;</li>      <li>Accountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entry</li>      <li>Accountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly and effectively</li>    </ul></li><li><strong>Transportation</strong>    <ul>      <li>Transport members in compliance with safety guidelines to and from programming, activities, and events</li>      <li>Accountable for operating vehicles in a safe manner</li>      <li>Accountable for reporting vehicle incidents and completing documentation within the required time frame</li>    </ul></li><li><strong>Facility and Child Safet</strong>y    <ul>      <li>Accountable for adherence to all organizational health and safety policies and implementation of all safety practices and procedures at assigned work locations</li>      <li>Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect participants, staff, equipment, materials, and facilities&nbsp;</li>      <li>Abide by facility maintenance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance</li>      <li>Accountable for reporting incidents and completing documentation within required timeline</li>      <li>Maintain discipline, de-escalate conflict between participants and/or others&nbsp;</li>      <li>Obtain and renew CPR and First Aid certification by deadline</li>    </ul></li><li><strong>Relationships</strong>    <ul>      <li>Be a positive role model</li>      <li>Maintain control and make good decisions under pressure</li>      <li>Represent the Boys and Girls Club in a positive manner</li>    </ul></li><li><strong>Attendance</strong>    <ul>      <li>Regular attendance is required; arrive on time, work required hours/shift, and leave at scheduled time</li>    </ul></li></ul>",
