We believe that building honest, long-lasting relationships with our guests, employees, neighbors, and the surrounding environment is key to our continued success.</p><hr data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"637\"><h3 data-section-id=\"gvrn24\" data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"664\"><strong data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"664\">Position Overview</strong></h3><p data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"878\">The Player&rsquo;s Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the on-course guest experience across all five of Shanty Creek&rsquo;s golf courses: The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss Mountain, Summit Golf Course, and Hawk&rsquo;s Eye.</p><p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1005\">This position focuses on supporting players&mdash;ensuring they feel welcome, safe, informed, and cared for throughout their round.</p><p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1224\">Player&rsquo;s Assistants are <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1048\">not enforcers</strong>.
