The individual will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the Oracle community.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>The SCM functional consultant is expected to have expertise in implementing a wide range of SCM applications. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end to end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules and be a package specialist.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM applications. An Oracle Cloud SCM consultant defines client business requirements, designs and configures the system solution for order management applications, and assists with system validation, go-live preparation and support.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">KEY EXPECTATIONS</span></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Oracle eBs O2C Functional - Order Management, Service Contract, Renewals.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>B2B integration</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud SCM applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Work with Oracle to resolve service requests</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle:</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Gather business requirements through business process workshops,</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications,</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing,</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Go-Live preparation and cut-over support,</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Post-production support,</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</span></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>3+ years of developer experience with AMS &amp; Implementation experience, this is for an OCI, cloud exp is must.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>High commitment to exceed performance expectations</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Symbol;\"> </span>High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;
