JOB SUMMARY: Manufacture standard production and customized aircraft furniture. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading, guiding, and directing other employees on Furniture Building needs Responsible for training new and current team members on processes and procedures Instruct and direct workflow of furniture builders to meet production schedule. Write and understand QN process when needed. Uphold mentoring and leadership qualities in the department. Responsible for own work and overseeing/approving work of others in furniture build.
