    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">SUMMARY: Cleans office, models, common areas and vacant apartment.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: are listed below and will always</p><p>include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor.</p><p>&bull; Cleans vacant apartments as required.</p><p>&bull; Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.</p><p>&bull; Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.</p><p>&bull; Cleans carpets, upholstered furniture, and woodwork. Washes windows, doors,</p><p>and windowsills.</p><p>&bull; Empties wastebaskets in the office and other trash receptacles throughout the</p><p>&bull; community.</p><p>&bull; Replaces rest room supplies and replaces light bulbs as necessary.</p><p>&bull; Make ready duties as assigned.</p><p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to</p><p>perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
