Mon &ndash; Fri, 7:00am &ndash; 3:30pm</p><p class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\"><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Develop/maintain strong, internal working relationships</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Understand objectives &amp; mission of ops department &amp; works towards those goals</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Perform hand de-burring, blasting, tumbling &amp; finishing of metal medical implants after machining</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Perform in-process inspection of CNC machined parts&nbsp;</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Package, label &amp; prepare product&nbsp;</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Perform timely &amp; accurate transactions of workflow in ERP system &nbsp;</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Maintain inventories of raw materials &amp; consumables</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Aid in execution of PM activities for all equipment</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Aid in investigation &amp; implementation of corrective actions on product &amp; process failures&nbsp;</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Comply w/all company policies/procedures incl. safety regulations, PPE requirements, SOPs, Work Instructions and GMP</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Interface w/vendors to seek solutions for equipment repairs &amp; refurbishment</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Responsible for upkeep of mfg. areas &amp; providing a clean/safe work environment&nbsp;</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Review all mfg. documents, assembly, inspection, test, packaging procedures</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Support eng. activities such as process validations &amp; equipment qualifications</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\"><br></p><p class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">High school diploma or equivalent. &nbsp;Technical education preferred.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">1-3 yrs of experience in a medical device &amp;/or regulated environment preferred</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Demonstrated English reading, writing and communication skills</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Familiar w/ISO Standards &amp; Good Mfg Practices</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Familiar w/Oracle (or equivalent) ERP systems &amp; Microsoft Office Applications</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Experience w/inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, comparator)&nbsp;</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">Experience w/metal finishing &amp;
