The position has overall responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the electrical and mechanical systems, appliances, buildings, and grounds. This position&nbsp;represents the minimal requirements for properties with only one maintenance staff; however, this person may&nbsp;work as the lead person on a 2-person maintenance team.
