Our support workers shall be responsible for assisting individuals, promoting engagement in meaningful daily activities, regardless of their abilities. This approach empowers those they support, boosting their confidence and enhancing their independence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main duties &amp; responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with individuals during their daily participation in activities to ensure their active engagement to the best of their potential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support individuals during the provision of services in all possible aspects, including feeding needs, hygiene aspects, toileting and changing as well as supporting during transitions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the setup of enabling environments to carry out the activities/session plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the preparation of resources when/as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support individuals in carrying out activities as recommended.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow tutors and therapist’s as/when applicable recommendations depending on the SMART goals of each individual.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow each individuals Behavior Support Plans, Risk Assessments, Sensory Profiles under the guidance of the tutors/therapists.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liase with the team members to ensure that feedback is given according to the groups/ individuals performance and observations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">May be required to research and find creative ways in which sessions can be delivered depending on each individual/group’s needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">May be required to assist the tutors/teachers/therapists with delivering sessions in small groups according to the curriculum/activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain continuous professional development and consistently commit to develop knowledge in the area on own initiative and/or through training offered by Inspire.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate must be in possession of the following:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A recognized ‘Qualification’ at MQF Level 3 or higher (minimum of 60 ECTS/ECVET) in health and social care or relevant;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience within disability field (favor will be given to candidates exposed to Autism Spectrum Disorder/challenging behaviour);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Available to work in the afternoons;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High proficiency in English language (both spoken and written).</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prior to being recruited and throughout the duration of employment, the selected candidates need to satisfy the requirements of the Protection of Minors Act (POMA) together with those of immunization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why work with Inspire?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At Inspire, we prioritize the mental health and wellbeing of our employees.
