This role is critical to ensuring strong financial governance, capital discipline, and insightful decision support across the full project lifecycle.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will play a hands-on role in building scalable project accounting practices while partnering closely with engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams. This role reports directly to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Controller</span> and is central to the successful delivery of Encore Minerals’ flagship project and future developments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and manage the project financial structure, including WBS, cost codes, and CAPEX registers.</li>\n<li>Monitor and control capital expenditure across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and rolling CAPEX/OPEX forecasts.</li>\n<li>Perform variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights to project leadership.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain financial models to support feasibility studies, investment cases, and funding decisions.</li>\n<li>Prepare monthly project financial reports, dashboards, and governance packs.</li>\n<li>Partner with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost accuracy and financial integrity.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.</li>\n<li>Contribute to ERP (e.g. SAP) and reporting system enhancements to support future scalability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge &amp; Experience Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span><br>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CA/CPA preferred.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years’ experience in project accounting, FP&amp;A, or finance roles within mining, resources, or construction.</li>\n<li>Strong experience in CAPEX governance and capital project financial control.</li>\n<li>Previous mining experience is highly regarded; hydro-mining exposure is an advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Expertise:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost control.</li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Competencies:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Accounting &amp; CAPEX Management:</span> Deep expertise in WBS structures, cost tracking, and capital governance.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Modelling &amp; Analysis:</span> Advanced modelling, scenario analysis, and economic evaluation capability.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Systems &amp; Reporting:</span> Strong proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and data integrity.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Compliance:</span> Sound understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Behavioral Competencies:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial Acumen:</span> Links financial data to project and business outcomes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Engagement:</span> Builds strong relationships across technical, operational, and finance teams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Attention to Detail:</span> Maintains high standards of accuracy, governance, and control.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ownership &amp; Initiative:</span> Proactively builds processes and frameworks in a greenfield environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adaptability:</span> Thrives in complex, fast-paced, project-based settings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We Are:</span></span></p>\n<p>Draslovka is a global company with a family-business approach and a future-focused mindset.
