Title : Quality Control Inspector The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all products meet all quality standards before shipping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and company guidelines. Specific Duties/Essential Functions: Inspect and test materials and products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards. Identify and document defects or non-conformities and communicate findings to production teams and management. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols. Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing regular updates to management. Performs additional tasks and responsibilities, as needed, to support team and business objectives.  Role Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of and ability to use trade tools (i.e., micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gages). Read and interpret technical drawings Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, while working in areas exposed to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
