Following standard procedures as indicated on PM work orders or in equipment manuals.</li><li>Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.</li><li>Use V.O.M. to troubleshoot electrical / electronic problems.</li><li>Have the knowledge to repair and troubleshoot AC/DC Variable Speed Drive Systems. (Up to 100hp, 480v, 3phase).</li><li>Knowledge to install, repair and troubleshoot flow meters, pressure and temperature transmitters.</li><li>Ability to use voltmeter, amp meter in troubleshooting.</li><li>Understanding of NEC, explosion proof and intrinsic wiring practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and make standard adjustments to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery including fixed and variable speed power transmission systems.</li><li>Install mechanical and pneumatic piping to plant or production equipment.</li><li>Move material, equipment, and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding and rolling.</li><li>Assemble, fit, and align machinery and equipment using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine tools.</li><li>Complete shop records and use reporting system following established procedures as required for effective performance of the job or operation of the department.</li><li>Perform and document metrology and equipment calibrations to support ISO and quality programs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Secondary:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Use proper metal joining techniques such as arc and acetylene welding, brazing, and soldering as required for installation and repair of equipment.</li><li>Perform light metal fabrication, wood construction, painting, and other miscellaneous or general maintenance work as required.</li><li>Set up and operate shop equipment such as hand tools, electric and air powered portable tools, carpentry tools and machine tools including, but not limited to; lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and saws.</li><li>Maintain clean and safe work environment.</li></ul><p>miraclon2</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Education/Experience:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>2-year associates degree in a technical field&nbsp;or equivalent work experience</li><li>Experience working on Industrial Equipment preferred</li><li>Excellent Mechanical Aptitude</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
