Support data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong>Purchase Order Management:</strong> Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for machined components, raw materials, and services. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to support production requirements.</p><p><strong>Supplier Coordination:</strong> Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, order acknowledgments, delivery schedules, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies. Build and maintain effective supplier relationships.</p><p><strong>Material Availability &amp; Expediting:</strong> Monitor open orders and proactively expedite critical materials to prevent production disruptions. Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory teams to resolve shortages and delivery issues.</p><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Follow-Up:</strong> Track supplier performance, delivery metrics, and purchasing activities.
