This role serves as the primary accountable leader for project performance, integrating field execution, commercial management, and cross-functional coordination.</p>\n<p>The Senior Project Manager owns project outcomes including safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, controls, and compliance standards. This role partners closely with the Site Program Manager and provides leadership to Construction Managers and field teams to deliver predictable, high-quality results in a regulated DOE environment.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own full project lifecycle from mobilization through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and contractual commitments</li>\n <li>Lead and oversee onsite construction execution through Construction Managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and craft resources</li>\n <li>Translate program-level objectives into executable plans while ensuring coordination across field and functional teams</li>\n <li>Champion safety by ensuring Quanta safety standards are embedded across all project activities, including field audits and safety leadership</li>\n <li>Own project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change order management</li>\n <li>Manage and maintain integrated project schedules, productivity tracking, and coordination of inspections, outages, and customer constraints</li>\n <li>Ensure audit-ready documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, daily reports, and inspection records in compliance with DOE and federal requirements</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for DOE representatives and site stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships and driving issue resolution</li>\n <li>Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, cost, and execution</li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, HR, Safety/Quality, PMO, and Commercial Excellence to ensure successful project delivery</li>\n <li>Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to field teams while reinforcing accountability, execution discipline, and performance expectations</li>\n <li>Support program-level reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required</p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10–15+ years of construction project management experience with increasing responsibility in field and project leadership roles</li>\n <li>Experience managing full project lifecycle including commercial, schedule, and execution accountability</li>\n <li>Experience working in federal, DOE, industrial, nuclear, or highly regulated environments preferred</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors across complex construction scopes</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and change management</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage risk, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes in a dynamic environment</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain audit-ready project documentation</li>\n <li>Ability to meet DOE site access and background requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Education and Experience </strong></li>\n <li>Prior DOE site experience (Pantex experience highly desirable).</li>\n <li>Active or previously held DOE 'Q' clearance or HRP eligibility.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n <li>> 11 Years</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Licenses/Certifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to access DOE facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Licenses/Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p>Provides oversight of subcontractors, vendors, and craft personnel operating on the project site.</p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time onsite at DOE Pantex facility.</li>\n <li>An active construction environment requiring mobility, PPE use, and field presence.</li>\n <li>Strict adherence to security, escort, and information-control protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CULTURAL EXPECTATIONS:</strong> This role must embody the One QGS Way—prioritizing safety, accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution.
