          "text": "<p><strong>What will your role be? </strong></p><p>Reporting to the Country Manager, you will join our HR team in San Diego as a <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong>, supporting Scalian’s continued expansion in the United States.</p><p>The position offers a strong development path within a fast-growing international consulting environment.</p><p>Our context:</p><ul><li>The SCALIAN Group has a confirmed positioning as global player in the consulting sector, with more than 30 years of history in large accounts,</li><li>Benefiting from a strong track record in Project and Enterprise Performance and promising positions in Supply Chain, Digital &amp; Business Solutions and Critical Software,</li><li>A team of Key Account Managers and local Managers in Paris, Marseille, Hamburg and other regions.</li></ul><p><strong>Your role will be to</strong></p><p>This role is primarily focused on <strong>Engineering Talent Acquisition</strong>, particularly high-volume recruitment of technical profiles, while progressively developing broader HR expertise across training, HR operations, compliance, and payroll support functions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Talent Acquisition (primary focus)</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering profiles (software, systems, industrial, data, etc.)</li><li>Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns in a competitive technical market</li><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, talent pipelines)</li><li>Conduct HR screening interviews and candidate assessments</li><li>Coordinate interview processes with technical managers and business stakeholders</li><li>Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle</li><li>Support onboarding and integration of new hires</li></ul><p><strong>HR Operations &amp; Future Scope (progressive exposure)</strong></p><ul><li>Support training initiatives and learning program coordination</li><li>Participate in internal mobility and retention initiatives</li><li>Support HR compliance activities (US labor law basics, internal policies, audits)</li><li>Contribute to HR reporting and operational processes</li><li>Provide coordination support for payroll-related processes (no direct payroll execution initially)</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement of HR tools and processes</li></ul>",
