The Shift Supervisor will supervise the overall running of the site as directed by the Program Director.</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>&nbsp;Responsible for the supervision and support for all Residential Aide staff.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for overseeing Residential Aide staffing for weekends, overnights and as needed.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Conduct Fire Drills as scheduled and works with program staff to ensure that fire safety procedures are followed and document these events as per DHS and CHI guidelines.</li>\r\n\t<li>Supervise and assist with the client meals as per the site&rsquo;s specific policies.
