This is your opportunity! Join now!\n\n Job Summary \n\nWe are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Facility Data Manager to oversee and optimize facility related data management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across facility operations, maintenance, and asset management systems. This role will play a critical part in improving data driven decision making, compliance, and operational efficiency.\n\n Job Description: \n\n Provide guidance and best practices for data collection, storage, analysis and visualization in facility data management.\n Develop and maintain comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.\n Verify the implementation of facility management software (e.g., CMMS) to track assets, maintenance schedules, and space utilization.\n Ensure data integrity by conducting audits, validating information, and implementing data quality control measures.\n Collaborate with IT and facility teams to integrate data systems and improve reporting capabilities.\n Analyze facility related data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.\n Generate reports and dashboards to support decision making and strategic planning.\n Train facility management teams on data entry protocols, reporting tools, and system best practices.\n Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and data management advancements.\n Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical solutions using Power BI dashboards and Power Apps\n Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.\n Implement and oversee data governance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.\n Establish and maintain data quality assurance protocols to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.\n Define, configure, update, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to organizational requirements and strategic goals.\n\n Requirements\n\nRequired Minimum Education and Experience:\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Facility Management, or a related field.\n Minimum 4 years of experience in facility data management or a similar role.\n\nRequired Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.:\n\n Strong expertise in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and data analytics tools.\n Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, KPIs, data governance, and data quality assurance.\n Experience ensuring reporting requirements are met while maintaining high data quality and reporting accuracy.\n Act as liaison between facility operations, IT, and data teams.\n Provide user training on dashboards, apps, and data tools.\n Ensure digital records align with organizational and federal compliance requirements.\n Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.\n Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support facility teams.\n Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to facility data management.\n\nPreferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.:\n\n Experience with predictive maintenance and facility management solutions.\n Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.\n\n Benefits\n\n What we offer: \n\n Competitive salaries\n Education and professional development assistance\n Multiple healthcare benefit packages & 24/7 virtual on demand doctors’ visits\n 401K\n Civic Leave – time off to support your favorite charity or community\n Paid time off for personal leave and holidays"
