With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>As a Expert Salesforce Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team, engineering experiences of tomorrow.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs</li><li>Lead development activities across Salesforce platforms including:<ul><li>Salesforce Loyalty Management</li><li>Experience Cloud</li><li>Consumer Goods Cloud</li><li>Data Cloud</li></ul></li><li>Build and maintain customer-facing portals and communities using Experience Cloud</li><li>Configure and customize Loyalty programs, rewards structures, tier management, and customer engagement journeys</li><li>Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and integration frameworks</li><li>Perform deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and release management best practices</li><li>Execute and support data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and administrators to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions</li><li>Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance policies</li><li>Support production deployments, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and defect resolution</li><li>Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions</li><li>Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of Salesforce development experience</li><li>3+ years of experience in Loyalty or Consumer Goods Cloud implementations</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices</li><li>Ability to create technical documentation and solution design documents</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:<ul><li>Salesforce Apex</li><li>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</li><li>SOQL/SOSL</li><li>Triggers</li><li>Batch Apex</li><li>Queueable Apex</li><li>Platform Events</li></ul></li><li>Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation and customization</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and implementations</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation</li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes</li><li>Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using:<ul><li>REST APIs</li><li>SOAP APIs</li><li>MuleSoft or middleware platforms</li><li>ETL tools</li></ul></li><li>Expertise in data migration strategies, data quality, and large-volume data handling</li><li>Experience with deployment tools such as:<ul><li>Copado</li><li>Gearset</li><li>Jenkins</li><li>Git</li><li>Azure DevOps</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>What`s in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment</li><li>Growth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise</li><li>Tailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications</li><li>Endless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies</li><li>Care: Healthcare, Basic Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability insurance according to the Company’s Benefit Plans</li></ul><p><strong>About us:</strong></p><p>At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
