This position will design mechanical systems for the Food Process industry.</p>\n<p>#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings or computer-generated reports.</li>\n <li>Assisting drafters in developing the structural design of products.</li>\n <li>Using drafting tools or computer-assisted design software.</li>\n <li>Conferring with other professionals to implement operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Resolving product malfunctions or providing technical recommendations.</li>\n <li>Recommending design modifications to eliminate product malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Conducting research that tests or analyzes the performance of equipment.</li>\n <li>Investigating product difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.</li>\n <li>Testing models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience.</li>\n <li>Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and committed to learn.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li>\n <li>Autodesk AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.</li>\n <li>Specific interest in a career in designing Utility-HVAC-Plumbing systems using the Design-Build approach.</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
