    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and verify against purchase orders or packing slips.</li>\n <li>Accurately stage, store, and retrieve materials based on production schedules and inventory needs.</li>\n <li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks (PITs) in a safe and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Perform inventory transactions in warehouse management or ERP systems.</li>\n <li>Support production by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.</li>\n <li>Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Maintain proper documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory movements.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety initiatives.</li>\n <li>Frequent exposure to warehouse or manufacturing environments.</li>\n <li>Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>1–2 years of material handling, warehouse, or logistics experience.</li>\n <li>Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of inventory control practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret bills of materials, work orders, and shipping documents.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software (e.g., WMS, ERP).</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with barcode scanners or RF devices.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETITIVE BENEFITS</strong>:&nbsp;(visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.</li>\n <li>Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
