We are proud to be formally recognized with industry and ministerial awards for innovation and environmental stewardship, while managing long-term contracts within both provincial and federal jurisdictions.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Heavy Equipment Service Truck Mechanic</span> for project work to expand our team in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Grimshaw,</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AB</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Heavy Equipment Service Truck Mechanic</span> is responsible in to inspecting, servicing, and maintaining our range of heavy-duty equipment. As a Heavy Equipment Service Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for driving to the job site, inspecting equipment, carrying out services, conducting repairs, and providing routine maintenance to a diversified fleet. Some travel to remote work sites may be for extended periods of time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving to various job sites.</li>\n<li>Inspecting trucks, trailers, and other heavy equipment for proper performance.</li>\n<li>Diagnosing faults using computerized testing equipment.</li>\n<li>Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts.</li>\n<li>Repairing damaged equipment parts.</li>\n<li>Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty and automotive vehicles.</li>\n<li>Repair and service machine attachments.</li>\n<li>Performing major repair work when necessary.</li>\n<li>Consulting with other Mechanics and Supervisor when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired skills and Experience:</span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic certification required.</li>\n<li>Proven work experience with diesel or heavy equipment.</li>\n<li>Understanding of computer testing technologies.</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic &amp; electrical systems, and construction equipment.</li>\n<li>Ability to work after-hours if required.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills.</li>\n<li>Must have at least a Class 5 driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We encourage all who are qualified and interested to apply in confidence; however, only those in consideration will be contacted.</span></p>",
