font-size: 12pt\">Prepare surfaces, complete repairs, and apply finishes to a high standard across different materials such as plasterboard, timber, and metal.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan and prioritise work with the Regional Property Manager to minimise disruption to hotel operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Make confident on-site decisions and resolve minor issues independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
