Real Alloy in Sapulpa, OK, has an entry level <strong>Operations Team Member</strong> position open!  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for Operations Team Members that put safety first, who are willing to operate power equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders, and who are detailed oriented. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We run our plant 24/7 365 days per year and we have two shifts that rotate every 4 weeks - 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. Our Production crews run 4 days in row and then they have 4 days off</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We start our Operations Team Members off at $22 per hour where we also have the opporunity for overtime, we pay weekly, and provide great benefits that start the first of the month after your starting date.
