Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect. Meets personnel qualifications stated in §418.114(b)(3). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in health care, hospice experience preferred.
