Our Company Hospice of North Alabama Overview Office Location:   Decatur, AL Coverage area:    Morgan and Lawrence counties Schedule:    Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm Hospice of North Alabama is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team in  Decatur, AL . Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect. Experience in a hospice care preferred. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills. Current licensure according to Medicare guidelines to practice in state of operation. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
