We&#39;re looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. teamwork, employee investment, integrity, problem solving, and trust.</p><p>What we need from you:</p><ul><li>Have extensive working knowledge of the tasks required to perform on all phases of electrical work and design build.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment</li><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, update and repair industrial control systems and power distribution systems including electric motors, motor control devices, variable speed drives and PLC&rsquo;s.</li><li>Calibrate and tune Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)</li><li>Working knowledge of motor control circuits</li><li>Ability to use electrical meters to test and troubleshoot electrical problems.</li><li>Install ridged conduit and duct, etc.</li><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints, manuals, diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic.</li><li>Effectively troubleshoot and repair, both electrical, mechanical, and piping issues</li><li>Exercise sound judgement and discretion in decision making in all phases of responsibility.</li><li>Record and maintain accurate equipment files such as maintenance and inventory logs.</li><li>Ascertain priorities and meet deadlines and objectives.</li><li>Desire to learn to stay ahead of changing technology.</li><li>Perform precision alignments using various methods.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, safety policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Assemble, install, and maintain mill piping and related pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, including but not limited to gauges, valves, pressure regulators.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PMs) on all mill machinery and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean, lubricate, and repair bearings (roller, spherical, and taper bore), gears, shafts, and other machinery components.</li><li>Operate welding equipment, cutting torches, and plasma cutters;
