Position Title: Sr. Manager - Corporate Regulatory Affairs
No. of resources required: One
Department: Corporate Regulatory Affairs
Function: Corporate Regulatory Affairs Location: Noida
Reports to (Title): GM – Corporate Regulatory
I. POSITION SUMMARY
Thie role will be responsible for handling technical area of the various audits conducted by TRAI like M&B, QoS, TCCCPR etc. This role will also require preparing draft responses to various consultation papers/new regulation/licenses released by regulator/DOT/TEC. POI management and interconnection matters in coordination with network. Creating dashboard for tracking key KPIs of the reports submitted to TRAI, audit and improvements in coordination with internal teams
II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Handling of technical aspect of the Audit process for various TRAI audits
Study of TEC/TRAI documents/consultation papers/Draft DOT notification/amendments and create draft response in coordination with internal teams, specially impacting TTL line of Business/processes.
Supporting technical aspect of product evaluation for voice and data.
validation of various regular/ad hoc reports before submission to TRAI for data accuracy.
Handling POI management/documentation including coordination with BSNL/MTNL.
Creating monthly dashboard/presentation for internal reporting and evaluation for process improvement
Process creation around above activities
III. TOTAL STAFF CONTROLLED – NA
IV. CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Prior knowledge of Voice and data products including BSNL POIs especially wireline products like SIP/PRI/cloud telephony/CPaaS/CCaaS/ILL/VPN/SDWAN etc.
Cloud technologies and AI certification is essential
Excellent in MS Excel, Power Point Presentation and Good Analytical mindset
V. KEY DECISIONS
Monitor & ensure compliance of PMR reporting as per TRAI Regulations, to avoid penalties/financial loss.

V. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidate must be well versed with call routing, POI regulations and cloud-based technologies. Candidates with prior Regulatory functions experience will be preferred.
Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in Telecom.
