We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical support to customers, sales and distributors (via phone, email, customer visits) </li>\n <li>Leverage strong structured problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer need </li>\n <li>Communicate with the sales organization to ensure all business needs are met. </li>\n <li>Provide voice of customer to internal teams on product performance, implementation and development areas, identify training and documentation gaps. </li>\n <li>Author, edit, and/or review technical documentation (e.g. papers/posters) related to specific products or company capabilities </li>\n <li>Provide input on new product ideas; participate in market assessments for proposed products </li>\n <li>Assist with training the selling organization on the Life Science product portfolio. </li>\n <li>Develop network of key thought leaders/influencers in the bioprocess space (e.g. cell/gene therapy, protein production, vaccine, etc.) products </li>\n <li>Prepares monthly reports for Supervisor and appropriate Product Managers. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>BS in Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related Life Sciences discipline.  MS or PhD is desirable </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ideal candidate will have experience in either: </strong><strong>a biotech/biopharma/vaccine company in late-stage R&D and/or Process Development for Upstream Bioprocessing or a Media development and supply company, being directly involved in an analogous FAS role and/or customer-engaged media optimization/custom product development activities</strong>.   </li>\n <li><strong> Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the biotech/biopharma</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Advanced level of cell culture science, bioprocess, and general ‘technical marketing’ techniques. </strong></li>\n <li>Strong technical skills </li>\n <li>Aptitude for understanding, communicating, and training scientific concepts, applications and methods. </li>\n <li>Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and adjust quickly. </li>\n <li>Customer focused/Strong networking skills </li>\n <li>Well organized  </li>\n <li>Ability to work with others and independently as required.  </li>\n <li>Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The base salary range for this position is $107,442 - $152,000.
