The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>CPN &nbsp;&nbsp;Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>Responsible for all operational functions of the assigned pharmacy site including, but not limited to filling prescriptions, &nbsp;&nbsp;coordination with clinic and department leadership and maintaining inventory:</p><p>· Fills prescriptions</p><p>· Maintains patient profiles, inventory and prices in computer.</p><p>· Researches and recommends additions to formulary.</p><p>· Responsible for ordering drugs and medications &nbsp;&nbsp;for pharmacy and clinic.</p><p>· Processes invoices for payment.</p><p>· Counsels’ patients and answers questions regarding prescriptions.</p><p>· Communicates with medical providers regarding medications.</p><p>· Take inventory count as required.</p><p>· Maintain proficiency in working with electronic health records (EHR), and pharmacy software.</p><p>· Supervises assigned clinic pharmacy staff</p><p>· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.</p><p>· Manage the day to day operations of the pharmacy and the pharmacy personnel</p><p>· Coordinate pharmacy operations with P-I-C’s, Clinic managers &amp; Health Services Director</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></u></p><p>· Current Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy License.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Physical &nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements</strong></u></p><p>· May require prolonged standing, bending, stretching and some lifting.</p><p>· Repetitive computer work.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></u></p><p>· Ability to communicate well with patients, medical providers and other staff.</p><p>· Ability to work independently.</p><p><br></p><p>CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening</p>",
