As a Nurse, you will be at the forefront of this mission, providing critical support and assessment to our patients in a timely and effective manner.\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)  or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) with 5+ years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to support a growing weight management and metabolic health program. This role focuses on medical weight loss, GLP‑1 therapy management, and nutrition focused patient education, working closely with providers to deliver evidence based, patient centered care.\n\nThe ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, comfortable with chronic disease management, and passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall health.\n\nThis is a fully in‑office position and requires strong assessment skills and the ability to collaborate closely with care teams.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\n Clinical Care & Weight Management \n\n Support patients in medical weight loss programs, including GLP 1 medications.\n Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and follow ups for weight management and chronic conditions.\n Educate on medication use, side effects, and lifestyle integration.\n Assist in care planning for obesity, diabetes, and related conditions.\n Coordinate patient care across providers, pharmacies, and care teams..\n\n GLP 1 & Medication Support \n\n Provide support for GLP 1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide).\n Triage patient inquiries about weight loss medications and monitor clinical indicators.\n Ensure safe medication use and advocate for evidence based practices.\n\n Nutrition & Lifestyle Education \n\n Deliver nutrition and lifestyle counseling based on provider recommendations.\n Encourage behavior change in diet and physical activity for long term success.\n Collaborate with providers and other health professionals as needed.\n\n Requirements\n\n Active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license\n 5+ years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care\n Experience supporting patients with chronic disease management, including obesity, diabetes, or metabolic conditions\n Familiarity with medical weight loss programs and evidence based obesity treatment\n Experience with or strong working knowledge of GLP‑1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide), including patient education and monitoring and utilization of compounding pharmacies\n Background in nutrition counseling, wellness, and preventive care\n Excellent patient education, communication, and motivational coaching skills\n Comfort coordinating care, reviewing labs, and supporting medication management\n Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced, patient centered environment\n Certification or training in wellness, health coaching, or nutrition is a plus but not required\n\n Benefits\n\nAmaze Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan. \n\nThis position is an office based role.
