    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"background-color: white;\"><strong>MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF CRITICAL CARE ICU EXPERIENCE (not open to New Grad RNs)</strong></p><p style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused ICU Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool and make a difference for our patients and our community.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>ICU RN’s</strong> will care for patients in our med/surg/progressive care inpatient units as well as patients needing critical care in one of our 4 ICU units: SICU, MICU, CCU and Burn ICU.</span></p><p>We are known for saving lives in our Level I Trauma Center, and our nursing staff are key to the exceptional care we provide each patient. Our Professional Nursing Practice Model offers patient and family-centered care that maintains an unwavering focus on what matters most: caring and healing at the patient’s bedside. As a nursing professional you will be empowered to manage your clinical practice and working environment through our Shared Governance Model, which focuses on evidence-based nursing practice. <i>Regions Hospital supports nurses with an individualized orientation including Transition to Regions Hospital Practice program which is a nurse residency structured program to support learning, role transition, and retention of nurses.
