Overview Position Summary The Collision Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers entering the OEM-certified collision center. This role is responsible for providing a friendly, professional welcome while managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative tasks for the collision team. The Collision Receptionist ensures a smooth customer experience by maintaining organized communication between customers, estimators, technicians, and dealership departments. Responsibilities and Qualifications Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with check-ins for collision repair appointments. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate team members. Schedule repair appointments and manage the collision center’s daily calendar. Assist customers with initial paperwork, repair orders, and information collection. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area. Support estimators and administrative staff by organizing documentation, scanning, filing, and data entry. Communicate with customers regarding appointment reminders, follow-up information, and general updates. Coordinate with internal departments such as parts, service, and sales when needed. Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups and final vehicle delivery paperwork. All other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred; automotive or dealership experience is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using phones, computers, scheduling systems, and email communication. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
