    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a Program Analyst, Perception Management & Competitive Activities, you will have the opportunity to do the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a key member of a small, tight-knit team supporting OSW Executives and civilian staff on Perception Management & Competitive Activities to protect critical DoW science, technology, and programs.</li>\n <li>Analyze, support, and provide recommendations on issues across the full spectrum of DoW capabilities, from early-stage research & development through employment.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with key technology protection community stakeholders throughout all phases of a capability’s lifecycle, such as in requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives.</li>\n <li>Compare, analyze and evaluate the relative merits of program activities and alternatives.</li>\n <li>Apply emerging doctrine and tactics, whether detailed in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from experiments, demonstrations, or activities, into operational design, development, and deconfliction.</li>\n <li>Assess the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements, policy, and doctrine.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports and briefs, summarizing formal events and commentary, requirements,</li>\n <li>deficiencies, and investments for various programs, systems, and activities.</li>\n <li>Support the functions of an identified senior executive advisory panel on technology protection-related matters, as directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness to submit to a poly.</li>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.</li>\n <li>Substantive background in a technology protection-related field, i.e., counterintelligence, security, OPSEC, cybersecurity, etc.</li>\n <li>Strong leader with a bias for action and preference for working collaboratively on small, mission-oriented teams.</li>\n <li>Verifiable training and experience in the planning and execution of influence-related activities or operations (i.e., Operations in the Information Environment, OFCO, MILDEC, MISO, etc.), with a preference for candidates with experience at OSW, a CCMD, MILDEP Secretariat, or with an MDCO.</li>\n <li>Demonstrable experience in and facility with problem framing and operational planning, preferably as a member of a DoW Executive, CCMD, MILDEP Secretariat, or MDCO staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $165,000.00/Yr. - USD $185,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
