    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Banking Center Sales Manager I</span></strong></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Naples, FL</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong>&nbsp; Under the direction of the Area Banking Center Sales Manager, oversees the operational procedures and customer service practices within the branch ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies and procedures. &nbsp;Recognizes and meets clients&rsquo; needs by proactively selling and cross-selling appropriate products and services to new and existing clients. &nbsp;Provides excellent customer service, performs client maintenance requests, and problem resolution. &nbsp;Supports the efforts and goals of the banking center through personal sales of the Bank&rsquo;s products and services and use of referrals as appropriate across lines of business.</p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p><strong><u>Position Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Equivalent Education &amp; work experience</li><li>3+ years in banking center retail sales or related management experience</li><li>Internet/Intranet knowledge, expertise with Word, Excel, &amp; PowerPoint</li><li>Platform and/or Teller Leadership&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledgeable in financial institution operating policies and procedures and banking regulations state and federal</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Functions:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manages day-to-day operations of a banking center staff.</li><li>Responsible for assisting in development of sales goals, and in ensuring associates achieve those goals.</li><li>Assists with banking center&rsquo;s compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity. &nbsp;Adhere to both internal &amp; external audit requirements.</li><li>Assist in coordination of activities with other banking centers and the Bank headquarters.</li><li>Monitor employee activities, assist with problems, and take action to ensure work standards and schedules are maintained.</li><li>Assists with training and development of banking center associates including, but not limited to, work assignments, meeting completion dates, estimating personnel needs, interpreting and ensuring organizational policies.</li><li>Supervise all branch operations.</li><li>Promote positive bank image within the community which may include representing the bank in local organizations and events.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with clients and in management.</li><li>Positive, patient demeanor &ndash; can interact with people on different levels</li><li>Trained in and applying effective sales techniques, with proven sales and negotiations experience.</li><li>High level of customer relations and public relations skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and program management skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Effective coaching attitude (training and motivation).</li><li>Good presentation skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
