If you have the right experience, attitude, and intelligence, then let’s talk.</span><span>We're ready to pay top dollar for home improvement experts who:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>deliver top quality work, providing real, long-lasting solutions</span></li>\n<li><span>understands that having a smile and positive attitude is integral to good service</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>At least fifteen (15) years of experience in the residential construction field.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to communicate professionally and clearly in written and oral English.</span></li>\n<li><span>Your own set of tools, including extension ladders</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in carpentry - trim, door hanging, wood rot repair, ability to identify load bearing walls.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in drywall repair.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in painting, both interior and exterior.</span></li>\n<li><span>Deck replacement experience - from footers to finish, and according to local building code.</span></li>\n<li><span>Remodeling experience - you should be comfortable remodeling a bathroom from start to finish.</span></li>\n<li><span>Electrical experience - you should know how to set up a three way switch</span></li>\n<li><span>Plumbing experience - you should know how to sweat copper &amp; run a drain pipe.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>When you're a craftsman at Hambleton Handyman, you get:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A year-round consistent schedule of work.
