Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Load and unload trucks and carrying of heavy materials.</li><li>Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of POA vehicles, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Maintains and operates, under direction, the pipelines, valves, hydrants, meters, and equipment associated with the water distribution system, wastewater collection and conveyance system.</li><li>Stand as flagman when crews are working on roadway.</li><li>Reports problems to Supervisor in a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to communicate with the general public and coworkers in polite and efficient manner.</li><li>Assists coworkers and other departments in system operations and maintenance tasks and duties</li><li>Basic ability to locate streets, addresses, and water and sewer lines on maps.</li><li>Responsible for responding to customer requests and complaints and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Responsible for follow up of actions, ongoing personal development, and department related training, licensing, and certification.</li><li>Responsible for operating in accordance with Local, State, Federal Regulations, and Public Utilities Policies and Procedures.</li><li>May be required to work periodically for other divisions as directed.</li><li>Follow all Property Owners&#39; Association (POA) policies and safety rules.</li><li>Required to drive a POA vehicle or personal vehicle while conducting POA business.</li><li>Required to be on time to work. &nbsp;Required to be available for standby duty and work after hours and weekends whenever necessary.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
