    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee and manage all phases of interior and exterior construction projects including but not limited to, overseeing third party consultants, subcontractors, vendors, laborers, material and equipment, developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, and keeping projects in compliance with plans and specifications, managerial and administrative aspects, and estimating.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Duties, Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide deliverables and services that are attractive to our current and future tenants.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete detailed development and construction budgets for future and current projects.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Determine, select, and coordinate third party consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers for cost effective and timely completion of projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review architectural, engineering, technical, and shop drawings to ensure that projects are built to project scope, plan specifications, and in compliance with municipal code and regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain project schedules to specified timelines.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process and maintain required paperwork including applications, permits, change orders, proposals, invoices, pay apps, lien waivers, and certificates of insurance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain quality and safety control measures throughout the project.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor all work to verify that the project is proceeding on schedule and within budget, including weekly reporting or updates to Regional Partner.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Close out and turn over completed buildings and tenant upfits to Regional Partner in a timely fashion or per lease agreement.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum seven years construction experience, commercial construction and field experience preferred, design build experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Four-year degree in construction management, engineering degree preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General knowledge of all construction trades and scopes of work and the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, and Adobe/ Bluebeam.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good Communication Skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Due to the public nature of the development process, the position requires diplomacy and discretion.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>*Regular attendance onsite is an essential function of the job.</strong></p></div></div>\n",
