We have established a lengthy repeat client list and solid reputation for quality, on-time delivery with competitive pricing.  Craftworks USA is AWI-QCP and FSC Certified.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking Union Metal Fabricators — Interior Metals Division at our Casework and Millwork division </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">located </span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">in Oakdale, PA</span>.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and occasionally aluminum with consistency and control</li>\n<li>Measure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments to create clean, finished parts ready for powder coating or other decorative finishes</li>\n<li>Work with a variety of metalworking tools and light‑duty machinery, including (but not limited to):\n<ul>\n<li>Angle grinders</li>\n<li>Drill press</li>\n<li>Ironworker</li>\n<li>Folder</li>\n<li>Shear</li>\n<li>Bandsaw</li>\n<li>Chop saw</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Collaborate with shop leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe work practices</li>\n<li>Support a wide range of custom metal projects for commercial interiors, architectural features, and specialty fabrication</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>TIG welding experience across multiple metals (stainless, mild steel, aluminum)</li>\n<li>Hands‑on experience producing finished weldments — from fit‑up to final prep</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of grinding, sanding, and shaping techniques</li>\n<li>Comfort using common metal shop tools and equipment</li>\n<li>A commitment to craftsmanship and pride in producing clean, accurate work</li>\n<li>Above all:</li>\n<li>A willingness to take direction</li>\n<li>A willingness to learn</li>\n<li>A genuine passion for growing into a highly skilled metalworker</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need to be successful:</span></span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean, consistent welds with minimal rework</li>\n<li>Finished parts that meet tight tolerances and visual standards</li>\n<li>Strong collaboration with shop leads and project managers</li>\n<li>Steady growth in skill, speed, and craftsmanship</li>\n<li>A reputation as a reliable, detail‑driven member of the metals team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Craftworks USA, we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
