          "text": "<p>REF: 001</p><p>ADGA is seeking an experienced&#xa0;<strong>Systems Integration Engineer (C-UAS)</strong>&#xa0;to support an upcoming initiative focused on the development of <strong>a new Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capability.</strong> This&#xa0;position&#xa0;will play a key role in designing, integrating, and delivering complex&#xa0;defence&#xa0;systems. You will bridge operational requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that C-UAS capabilities are effective, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and military needs.&#xa0;</p><p>Key Responsibilities &#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to develop C-UAS use cases, technical requirements and integration solutions aligned with operational&#xa0;requirements;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Participate in national and international standards Working Groups (WG),&#xa0;program&#xa0;meetings, and domain-specific conferences to support the evolution of C-UAS&#xa0;capabilities;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Develop and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;integration strategies for Land Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Target Acquisition (LC5ISRT) C-UAS&#xa0;capabilities;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;procedures for verification and validation of components and system&#xa0;integration;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Review and ensure software solutions meet performance, reliability, and security&#xa0;standards;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Document architectural decisions, integration patterns, and technical&#xa0;specifications;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with senior architects to align intermediate-level designs with enterprise architecture goals; and&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist&#xa0;in the selection and evaluation of software tools, frameworks, and platforms suitable for C-UAS&#xa0;component&#xa0;integration.&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
