Develop Referral Network - Cultivate a steady flow of project work from Architects, GCs, Owners’ Reps, Interior Designers, and other adjacent trades. Client Relationships - Land clients, keep them happy, and turn them into a source for more referrals. Close Deals - Revenue is the metric. If an activity doesn’t move money, it’s not yours to worry about — we have Engineers, Project Managers, Installers, Programmers, and Service Techs for everything that happens after the sale. Pipeline Management - Log leads, opportunities, & activities in our CRM Networking - Attend various networking, industry, and social events
