Review and modify programming as needed<br></li>\n<li>Maintain documentation as per the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board guidelines and FIREFLY policies and procedures<br></li>\n<li>Advocate on behalf of client for service, equipment and funding<br></li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with community based service providers and agencies to meet identified needs and enhance delivery of care. Act as a resource for FIREFLY staff and community agencies<br></li>\n<li>Extensive travel required<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters Degree in Behaviour Analysis or Psychology is required<br></li>\n<li>Certification with the Behaviour Analysts Certification Board is preferred, certification in progress will be considered<br></li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years’ experience training and/or supervising others to provide behaviour analytics is required<br></li>\n<li>Demonstrated competency in delivery and oversight of behaviour assessment and treatment for children and youth with ASD<br></li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of autism, developmental disabilities, and clinical assessment tools are required<br></li>\n<li>Ability to write clinical reports summarizing client strengths, needs, and recommendations<br></li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and synthesize data<br></li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages is an asset<br></li>\n<li>Engagement in the leadership work of the agency is required<br></li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and engagement skills and experience with children and youth with developmental concerns and/or ASD and their families</li>\n<li>Superior interpersonal skills coupled with experience working as a member of a diverse and collaborative team</li>\n<li>Requires the ability to travel between service delivery sites in both urban and rural settings<br></li>\n<li>Ability to work creatively with clients both individually and in group settings<br></li>\n<li>Sensitivity to the needs of parents/caregivers and the ability to support and involve them in programming<br></li>\n<li>Good communication skills<br></li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conditions of Employment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to manage a reasonable workload; effective priority-setting and follow-up<br></li>\n<li>Role model the vision and values of the Agency<br></li>\n<li>Value the concept of teamwork and ability to work independently<br></li>\n<li>Ability to deal with conflict, mediate and problem solve<br></li>\n<li>Quality of work to meet or exceed Agency specifications<br></li>\n<li>Vulnerable Sector Screen with Criminal Reference check that is free of any offenses<br></li>\n<li>Must respect and actively promote health and safety policies of the Agency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interested in this position?  Please apply!  This position is vacant and will be open until filled.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">FIREFLY does not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants.</span></p>\n<ul></ul>",
