About the Team Workday is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our expanding team. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospects for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts executive team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required. About the Role In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies. About You Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales development or recruitment. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
