    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>Presort goods, as they arrive within the facility and move them to the appropriate storage or staging sections. &nbsp;Assist with moving goods to fill store orders. &nbsp;Assist with handling and baling salvage material. Operates a forklift.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>1. Moves merchandise to various locations inside the warehouse under the direction of the Warehouse Lead and the Outlet Manager.</p><p>2. Loads and unloads product from and onto tractor trailers, containers, pallets, platforms, skids or lifting devices, sometimes manually.</p><p>3. Stacks pallets, crates or other material or goods.</p><p>4. Sorts, packs and wrapping of goods.</p><p>5. Follows safety regulations set forth by company and OSHA while performing job duties and operating a forklift.</p><p>6. Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.</p><p>7. Ability to rotate goods so that oldest items are shipped first.</p><p>8. Appropriately disposes of unmarketable or unrecyclable items and trash.</p><p>9. Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jack, hand truck, etc.</p><p>10. Maintains work area and warehouse in an organized and clean manner.</p><p>11. Adhere to all safety procedures and wear all safety equipment that is required for the specific task .</p><p>12. Reporting to Manager regarding any damage of property, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.</p><p>13. Consulting, working, and coordinating with supervisors, managers, third party carriers, and employees regarding unloading and loading operations.</p><p>14. Weighs and records weights of product.</p><p>15. Documents movement of goods; maintains inventory and tracks fulfillment of store orders.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p><p>* High School graduate/ GED or any job-related experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to be able to perform the essential functions of the position.</p><p>* Ability to operate pallet jacks and dollies.</p><p>* Fork Lift Certification required. (Equipment training and certification are provided).&nbsp;</p><p>* Possess excellent hand-eye coordination.</p><p>* Good written and verbal communication.</p><p>* Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.</p><p>* Ability to operate in a high speed, fast paced environment.</p><p>* Good physical health.</p><p>* Must have the sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks without supervision.</p><p>* A good mode of transportation; may travel to and from different warehouses.</p><p>* Ability to add, subtract, and multiply.</p><p>* Ability to quickly assess goods and determine appropriate routing.</p><p>* Ability to work a flexible schedule. &nbsp;Available to work nights and weekends as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
